DTF Print
OnPrint offers innovative solutions in the field of digital transfer printing, using cutting-edge technologies such as UV DTF and DTF printing. These methods allow us to brand unconventional and curved surfaces, as well as almost any type of textile, with high precision and durability.
UV DTF Printing on Promotional Items
UV DTF is a relatively new technology that uses a special UV printer and light-curing inks. This allows colorful designs to be transferred onto surfaces that are difficult to print on directly, including curved and irregular shapes.
- Printed on a transfer film and then applied to the object
- Suitable for: metal, wood, leather, plastic, ceramic, paper, glass, and more
- Application is even possible underwater
- Extremely resistant to scratches and wear
- UV inks are solvent-free – an eco-friendly process
This technology is ideal for customizing souvenirs, promotional products, unusual shapes, and hard-to-reach surfaces.
DTF Printing on Textiles
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a revolutionary textile printing technology. The process involves printing onto a special film, applying adhesive powder, and transferring it to the garment using a heat press. DTF is suitable for all types of fabrics – cotton, polyester, blends, even silk.
- Uses water-based inks (CMYK + white)
- High color saturation and vivid tones
- No need for transfer film or color separation
- Works perfectly on dark fabrics
- Fast transfer – only 5–10 seconds
- Excellent wash resistance up to 90°C
- Highly versatile – suitable for bags, clothing, shoes, accessories
DTF is suitable for both single items and mass production of personalized textile products. The prints are flexible, stretchable, and maintain their brightness even after 50+ washes.
Comparison and Advantages
- UV DTF: ideal for hard surfaces and promotional items
- DTF: the best choice for garments and flexible fabrics
- Both technologies allow for full-color, high-resolution printing
- Perfect for both short and long runs
