Screen Printing
Screen printing is a classic method of textile printing where ink is applied through a mesh stencil onto the fabric. It is extremely durable and cost-effective for large volumes.
- Advantages: very durable, vivid colors, low cost for high quantities
- Disadvantages: not cost-effective for small orders (minimum 100 pcs), limited color count
Direct DTG Printing
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) is a technology for printing directly on cotton fabrics. It enables photorealistic prints with high resolution and fine detail directly onto the garment.
- Advantages: full-color printing, no minimum order, excellent detail
- Disadvantages: best suited for 100% cotton, slower for large runs
Flex and Flock Printing
This method uses textile foil that is cut and transferred to the fabric using a heat press. Ideal for text, numbers, and logos where clarity and contrast are desired.
- Advantages: highly durable, wide range of colors and effects (including gold, silver)
- Disadvantages: not suitable for gradients or complex graphics
DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film)
DTF printing uses a special film where the design is printed and then transferred onto fabric with a heat press. Suitable for all types of fabrics: cotton, polyester, blends, and even elastic materials.
- Advantages: excellent quality, fast application, not limited by fabric type
- Disadvantages: print is slightly raised and has a soft gloss effect
